Are you planning to R2I and looking for a job in Chennai?  Wondering what are some MNCs/Product companies in Chennai?   2. It took me ~4 months to do the move. However, if you have other dependencies (such as kids in school, don't have a house to move to in India) you may have to plan for a longer time.

  4. Big companies like Cisco, Microsoft, Juniper etc., have good R2I programs (for their current employees). I've heard that the compensation package is also very attractive. Most of the times, R2I jobs are not 'advertised'. Talk to your friends working for 'big companies'. They'll be able to tell you, if his/her Business Unit is looking for R2I people. If you have good technical expertise, they'll be more than glad to hire you.
